Wednesday Works - Cactus pots with Lifeskills

 

I am always looking for a 'good' project for my LS kids to work on.   Something fun, not too technically difficult, but still elements of the art learning I use in all the classes.

This was a little lesson from Pinterest (I so love Pinterest)

                                                        - Crayola Model Magic pinch pots.
                                - Green marker dotted onto Model magic and kneaded to get our cactus greens. 

                                       - Next class we decorated the pots in southwestern colors
                      - Assembled with a little more Model Magic pressed into the bottom to hold the cactus in
                                         - A flood of Elmers Glue and small pebbles for the ground.
